T3 is the proprietary technology platform of EquipmentShare, built for construction fleets. GPS tracking, remote access control, machine health monitoring, utilization data, and more. Considered "The OS for Construction." Powerful stuff with real traction.
The problem was that this coveted software lived inside the EquipmentShare website, buried under the rental company's brand - fleet managers couldn't tell where the equipment ended and the software started. The company was leaving piles of money on the table. But what if T3 became the construction industry's software solution? They saw the potential in splitting the two entities: 10x technology revenue growth. NOOON had 9 weeks to go live.
Built to be a sales juggernaut, the content strategy took its northstar from the sales team - trading the old site's feature lists for the way T3 actually gets pitched.

15 pages in Webflow, clarity-first: warmer, more human photography, more blue, less orange - deliberately distinct from EquipmentShare while connected through type, with custom 2D animations over spectacle and a lead-gen flow wired to the existing data model through HubSpot and Intercom.
